The secret is out: I can't remember the last time I posted. Of course, that statement means I'm also too lazy to make a couple of simple clicks to see when my last post was. Either way, I think I have something to make up for it. 


To begin, I'll tell you a story. One day I was driving down to Salt Lake in some pretty heavy traffic. There was a jerk who was all up on my bumper, crowdin' my car's personal space. I kept watching him in my rearview mirror, just in case the unfortunate should happen. Once as I was looking back, he sneezed. This man did not just let out a little mouth gunk and shut his eyes. Oh no. His face exploded like Wile E. Coyote on the side of a road with Road Runner behind a rock. I thought that the reverberation from his sneeze would send my car into the car ahead of me. That's how powerful his face was. Moral? Always watch people in cars for the mere fact that they think they're being ignored.

So sometimes, life gets in the way. Ironic, right? How on earth does life get in the way of us living? No idea. I think that we often let everything get in the way of life. From where I stand, and who honestly knows where that is, our lives are a place for us to be happy and work for the things that get us there. Sometimes it's difficult to do this because what we're doing right now is just so darn much easier. But if you keep practicing, I think that you will find that you can make happiness. 

Life: you shall keep practicing; you will get the hang of it, I know it.
