whoa.

Uber sorry for the unrealistically long delay in posting. I've been working on my vocabulary since the last post, can you tell? In all actuality, I've been writing some papers, while simultaneously procrastinating writing some papers, performing, choreographing, not sleeping at night, sleeping when I should be doing other stuff, eating food, but not making guacamole and taking pictures of it to share with you guys like I said I would, and other stuff that I am so positive that you would love to hear me ramble on about for another paragraph or so. But I digress.....Or something.

While I still do not have the fabulous guacamole recipe/picture album like I promised, I do have some other super exciting things I would like to give to you. They all come in the form of a website, so I hope this site isn't your last visit in Internetland before you wander off and do something more meaningful with your life because these websites are awesome and will require some remote region of your brain to be active.

First, is Houzz. It's like the online equivalent of an architecture/interior design clippings collection. You can create your own "ideabook" and constantly be adding pictures to it, including little notes about what you like about the photo. They have many different categories that they post about every week, each about different elements and how people have incorporated them into their homes. Go to the website, check it out, you can look at my ideabook if you wish...My name is 801kchris and my album's name is Ky's Likes and Loves.

Second runner up (and I'm honestly not rating these, I just wanted to say that) is the Harvard Sailing Team. This is a sketch comedy, or improv, group. They are in no way affiliated with Harvard University or its sailing team...But if it was, I kind of think that it would be that much more funny. Plus they look like they could be sailors if they wanted to. Anyway, the first video I recommend watching is Boys Will Be Girls. Hi-larious. Personally, I think the videos that have the boys being girls and vice versa are their funniest, but form your own opinion.

Third, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I changed the background. No, this is not entirely noteworthy news, but I thought I'd bring it up anyway. I love bright colors, especially green, and the background options for blogs that include awesome pictures are vast and so you might even be seeing more changes. Don't worry, I'm still the same dancing carrot, just with virtual wallpaper ADD.

at room temperature.

Once upon a time, three years ago to be precise, I started taking my lunch to school (college) with me every day. This complicated things sometimes because trying to keep cold foods cold was a little difficult, even with the help of one of those frozen block things. Seriously, people, they don't really stay frozen for 6 hours. There was a fridge at school, but it was too stuffed and disgusting for me to want to store my delicious sustenance in there. So lately I've been packing yogurt into my lunchbox. And it drops to room temperature and consistency. And it is delicious. Call me crazy, or perhaps even unsanitary/unhealthy because who knows what those yogurt bacteria do at room temperature, but it is so delicious.

And so we fast forward to today. I packed cookie dough. No, not cookies. Cookie dough. And I can't wait to start eating that goopy mess.

P.S. Next time, I think I'm going to introduce you guys to a little thing I like to call Magic Bullet Guacamole. Stay tuned.......
